Public transportation
The Presidency will offer all meeting participants the possibility to use public transport during their stay in Helsinki.
You can collect your HSL travel card from the Tourist Information point at Helsinki Airport in arrivals hall 2A. The travel card gives you two (2) days of unlimited travel by public transport in the Helsinki region (zones ABC).
The Tourist Information point is open daily from 10.00 to 18.00.
Travel cards are also available at the Information desk at the venue.

Transport links to Helsinki Airport
The Presidency will not provide any transportation to and from the airport for the meeting participants. However, transportation to official programme venues, other than Finlandia Hall, is organised by chartered buses.
Train from the airport
There is a commuter train connection between Helsinki Airport and Helsinki Central Railway Station. The connection has two services, I train and P train, and the journey takes about 30 minutes. Please note that you need a ticket for zones ABC for travelling between the airport and the Helsinki city centre. Tickets must be purchased in advance, as they are not sold on board trains.
If you arrive at Helsinki Airport outside the opening hours of Tourist Information point and you cannot obtain your free travel card, you can buy commuter train tickets as follows:

Bus from the airport
ABC ticket is required for journeys from Helsinki city centre to the airport and vice versa. You can purchase your ticket from an HSL ticket machine, the bus driver or via HSL app. HSL ticket machines located at the bus terminal and on the railway station platform.
Taxi from the airport
Helsinki Airport has three taxi companies as contractual partners. Their taxi ranks are located next to Terminals 1 and 2. Information on taxi fares for the three companies is available on the information screens by the taxi ranks. Other taxi companies may also offer their services to passengers arriving at Helsinki Airport. Customers using these companies negotiate the fare separately themselves.
