We have pre-booked guest rooms at selected partner hotels for 13-15 November.
Our partner hotels are centrally located near Finlandia Hall. We recommend that you reserve your room by 22 October in order to get a room at the negotiated price. After this deadline room reservations are nonrefundable. The terms and conditions of group reservations apply. All room reservations are instantly confirmed once registration is completed. Hotel reservations can be made through the conference registration form. Please note that you will be charged for hotel rooms booked through the registration form.
Accreditation will preliminarily take place in Crowne Plaza on 13 November and at the Finlandia Hall on 14 November
